Abygale Durie

Abygale Durie is as country as they come - a true country girl raised between two family-run farms in rural Alberta, where she learned firsthand the meaning of resilience, dedication, and effort. From cattles drives to hands-on work around the farm, Abygale developed a deep respect for the country way of life. More than anything, she found her voice in country music - where truth, storytelling, and raw emotion take centre stage. 

From an early age Country music has called to her, offering a space to express hardships, triumphs, love, and a place of belonging. She not only works on her craft at home but in Nashville collaborating with songwriters and producers; (Marcus Hummon, David Kalmusky, and Shauna Rae Samograd) to name a few who share her passion for genuine, heartfelt country music. 

Her growing catalogue of singles - including “King of the Rodeo”, “Cowboy Town”, “Trucks and Beer”, “Hurry Home”, and others - reflects her journey: Celebrating women who keep the country way of life running, balancing strength and vulnerability, and embracing all aspects of the country way of living. Abygale’s lyrics never shy away from struggle but she always points her music towards perseverance and hope. Her newest single, “Old School In You” (coming NOVEMBER 7, 2025), continues to show her grounded-ness, and the balance of honouring the old and embracing the new. 

Abygale Durie is based out of Ranfurly, Alberta where she remains deeply connected to her roots. She believes that being true to who you are - how you feel, what your beliefs and values are, and where you come from - is the foundation of creating heartfelt art.
